The revised GRAP 104 on Financial Instruments is effective for years commencing on or after 1 April 2025, which means:
- Public entities: 1 April 2025
- Municipalities, municipal entities and Water boards: 1 July 2025
- TVET and CET Colleges: 1 January 2026
