Dumisani Dlamini is seasoned executive and non-executive director leveraging over two decades of professional experience in public and private sector.
He is Chartered Global Management Accountant with AICPA-CIMA, Chartered Director with Institute of Directors South frica, Professional Accountant with SAIPA.
He holds Masters of Commerce degree among other qualifications. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of South African National Parks, a state owned entity responsible protected areas. He spent more than 12 years at the South African Revenue Services especially during the modernisation of SARS, rising to the senior management position. He spent over three years at National Arts Council where he assisted the organisation to achieve three clean audits and was awarded the 2016 Public Sector CFO of the Year as well as the Young CFO of the Year.
He serves in a number of boards and chair audit committees among other governance structures. He often speak at national and international conferences on various topics.
