What you should know about the ASB’s quarterly meeting agenda for July 2025

As the Board of the ASB prepares to meet on 23 July 2025, here are the key items on the agenda that you can expect to see soon:

  • Results of the post-implementation review of GRAP 108 Statutory Receivables

The Board will review the responses from our stakeholders on ED 207, which sought feedback on their issues with applying GRAP 108. An important part of this meeting will be for the Board to decide what should be done next to resolve these issues.

  • Invitation to Comment on Proposed Standard of GRAP on Social Benefits – Limited Scope Amendments

The Board’s analysis of stakeholder responses to ED 205 Proposed Standard of GRAP on Social Benefits identified a need to amend guidance related to the measurement of social security insurance benefit liabilities. Stakeholders will be invited to comment on the proposed change through a limited scope exposure draft once approved by the Board.

  • ASB Work Programme Consultation 2027 – 2029

A highlight on the Board’s agenda in July is to finalise the work programme for 2027 – 2029. It will be important for the Board to balance stakeholder responses to the work programme consultation with available resources in a way that maximises support to stakeholders.

Access the meeting documents on the ASB website. The minutes and meeting highlights will be available on this page after the meeting.
