IPSASB progresses phase 1 of the Presentation of Financial Statements Project

The International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB) recently convened for their September meeting. A key discussion point was progress on the development of the draft Consultation Paper and the accompanying Illustrative Exposure Draft (IED) on Presentation of Financial Statements.

The IPSASB expects to begin discussions on the presentation of the statement of financial performance in December 2024.
